I am going to submit photographs for an exhibit called Outlawed Love. This show is being sponsored by the UW LGBT Campus Center as a part of Out & About Month. It will be on the second floor of the Red Gym the second week of April. The opening will be Apr 9th from 5-7pm. (You can find out more about this and other events that month here: http://www.wisc.edu/lgbt/events.html)

Over the next month I would like to put together a series of tasteful photographs of people; probably partially nude. I was thinking probably very close, more abstract "artistic" views of form. The goal being that even if they are not sexual in nature or nude in any way that they still emit a pleasurably and possibly sexual aesthetic. I am interested in individuals, as well as couples. I am especially interested in LGBT individuals and couples. The pictures do not have to, and probably will not, show who anyone is.

I have also been asked about any advantage this might hold for the model. Unfortunately I will not be paying anyone, nor do I have much else to offer (starving artist you know). I will however be more than willing to provide people with a digital copy of their images, as well as a few small prints, as desired. (I can always print larger images, and even frame and matte them - for a fee.)

Lastly, I can not stress enough how much I respect anonymity.
This was for two reasons:
1. If I end up taking a more "risque" photo of anyone I would still like them to feel comfortable coming to the opening or viewing the show without everyone knowing that it even might possibly be them.
2. I greatly respect the various levels of outedness that people who identify as LGBT may be at. Even though someone may be willing to participate in this does not mean that they should have to publicly out themselves in any fashion. (Whether that be at the show, on live journal itself, or even to their friends who may be in the show as well.)

In you are interesting in hearing more or possibly helping me out with this please email me at photos@dsfluiddetails.com.

Thank you,
